Food4Brits will be opening a new shop of our own in Arganil at the beginning of May, but will confirm the exact date in a couple of weeks. We will be selling a wide range of frozen, chilled and ambient products. We have already acquired the premises that consist of 120 square metres over 2 floors. The premises are brand new.
We are looking for people interested in renting some space from us.
There are certain conditions that apply:
The products must be new
We will staff the premises, so no staff is required
The business must be legal
Here are just a few suggestions of business opportunities:
Old fashioned sweets (pick 'n' mix)
Whole foods
Dutch food
German food
DVD Library
English computers
Electrical products
Furniture
DIY products
Garden/Gardening products
Home Brew
Herbs and Spices
CD's
Cosmetics/Toiletries
Clothes
Sun products (at last!)
I am sure there are plenty more ideas that would prove popular. We are considering doing some of these product ranges ourselves, but will happily discuss options with anybody that is interested in doing them.
The system is quite straightforward; we charge an all-inclusive weekly rent for the space required, which start from just 10 euros per week. The rent payment includes staffing, electricity, water, rates etc. etc.
